Who are Kenexa?
Kenexa is a leading assessment provider. They are a recruitment solution offering tools and practices to help recruiters find candidates who are fit for their company. They offer a range of tests to help evaluate a candidate’s skill set, and we have provided some information on each of these below:
Kenexa CAT
Computer Adaptive Tests consist of three test types including logical, numerical and verbal reasoning. As you progress through the test, they will gradually become more difficult.
Kenexa Logical Reasoning Test
Also referred to as “abstract reasoning” these assessments present shape sequences where you will need to find the missing pattern. We have a full page dedicated to logical reasoning where you can find out more information and experience sample questions.
Kenexa Infinity Series
The Infinity Series consists of two separate tests:
1) A numerical reasoning test containing 20 questions and you will be given 20 minutes to complete it. 2) A verbal reasoning test containing 24 questions and again, you will be given 20 minutes to complete it
No two tests are the same, as they draw each question at random from a bank of prepared questions.
Kenexa BMQ
The BMQ is similar to the Infinity Series however it has been created for managerial level. It consists of a verbal and numerical test that both include questions that relate to the challenges and duties of a manager role. Each test is 15 minutes long and there is an additional 20-minute personality test.
