Connector Ability Tests

PiCompany are the creators of the Connector Ability Test, which is a cognitive ability test that measures general intelligence. It evaluates an individual’s ability to analyse complex relationships and problem solve, providing the employer with an understanding of your potential within their working environment.

The test is adaptive, so the difficulty of each question will reflect how well you answered the previous questions, ensuring the test adapts to your capabilities. Whilst the test is timed, it allows 1.5 minutes per questions, which is slightly more than most logical reasoning assessments.

Connector Test Format

The format of the questions include the following:

• Series of numbers; identifying the relationship between numbers
• Series of figures; which is essentially logical reasoning
• Matrices; analysing complicated relationships
